Thornhill is a quaint suburban neighbourhood located just north of the City of Toronto. This diverse community boasts a large Jewish, Eastern European and Italian population that has grown expansively from its modest beginnings as a postal area without municipal status. Today, this community has a strong identity and is bound by Steeles Avenue to the South, Highway 7 to the North, Dufferin Street to the West and Highway 404 to the East.
